Entering 2023 – A Letter from the CEO

Dear partners, customers and fellow Techarians,

2022 saw the continued impacts of the pandemic on the way organizations recruit, operate, and deliver their services, as well as the dramatic acceleration of technology that continues to reshape life and business.

We find ourselves in a new world of work, with more challenges and opportunities than ever before, and we believe this increasing pace of technological advancement will continue to be a key driver of success for those who rely on technology to accelerate their business.

The rise of security threat actors (a 28% increase YoY in Q3 2022) will accelerate the need for businesses to adopt, expand and continue to invest in cybersecurity principles across their organizations. Techary supports increased legislative and government actions to increase awareness and adoption of cyber defenses, as we have seen firsthand the devastating consequences for those who fail to act in the face of the expanding threat landscape.

During the supply chain disruptions of recent years, our global footprint has helped our customers navigate complex challenges in procurement and supply chain management, and our logistics teams have helped to remove friction from “business as usual” operations.

In 2023, we plan to continue expanding our global footprint with the launch of operational capability in the UAE, Hong Kong and Australia by Q2. Our global service initiatives are driven by customer demand, and we look forward to launching this additional capability for our customers soon.

Our service teams will continue to expand as part of our redesigned offering models, which were introduced in 2022 to provide customers with the dedicated expertise needed to centrally manage their entire technology stack.

Creating proprietary solutions to help customers navigate common tasks and requests will remain the focus of driving innovation within our service offering. Following the successful launch of our new customer portal in Q3 2022, throughout 2023 you can expect to see the continued development of additional features, functionality, and training resources that will be driven by customer feedback and insights.
