Trader Voice Technology Upgrade Migration for a Tier 1 Global Investment Bank:

Techary was engaged to manage a User Adoption Programme for a global investment bank, supporting the upgrade and migration of approximately 150 trading positions in London and Dublin during the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic. The program included remote and on-site training sessions delivered via Webex and in compliance with strict PPE guidelines, respectively.

A training coordinator was appointed to schedule and manage sessions, communicate with business heads, and ensure high attendance. Most users worked from home, requiring the upgraded turrets to be shipped to them and remote training on device setup and usage. A virtual support service was also established through a Webex chat room to provide on-demand support for home users.

The program ensured minimal disruption to trading activities, high user adoption, and a seamless transition to the new technology, with additional benefits like accurate profile checks, effective fault logging, and continuous support. Despite pandemic challenges, the migration was successfully completed on time, enhancing user confidence and productivity from day one.
