Techary Board

Tom Stephens founded Techary in 2012 and has remained integral to the business ever since.

As the company CEO, he is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the business and plays a key part in developing technology strategies for clients utilising his wealth of experience in the field.  

Having been at the forefront of growing Techary’s global projects department over several years, Christian took on the role of COO at Techary in 2023.

With a proven track-record of successful business planning, strategy and implementation, Christian is responsible for managing day-to-day business operations at Techary.

Amos Grunfeld has been the Vice President of Finance at Techary since April 2019, overseeing the company’s financial operations and strategy. Based in Amsterdam, he brings extensive expertise in cost accounting and financial analysis.

Before Techary, Amos was a Group Management Accountant at Wessex Ltd.  Amos’s broad experience across various industries and his skills in financial management make him a key member of Techary’s leadership team.

Michael has a wealth of experience in strategic business growth, having held numerous key positions across his career, currently as the CFO of Global Parametrics, and previously as Head of Corporate Finance at a multi-family office.

Michael works with Techary as a Non-Executive Director, advising on business growth, operational efficiency and stakeholder relations.

Gary Leonard is a Chartered Accountant and Business Advisor based in London. Currently serving as an Audit Partner at Barnes Roffe LLP for over six years, Gary has been instrumental in helping business owners and decision-makers grow their businesses and enhance profitability through expert financial advice. 

His expertise spans a wide range of services, including accounts and tax compliance, bookkeeping, management accounts, forecasts, budgets, corporate finance, tax planning around IHT and CGT, R&D tax credits, company secretarial services, and payroll.

Techary Management Team

Tim leads Techary’s global sales & account management team with a customer-focused and insights-driven approach to technology support.

Tim is a passionate leader with 8 years of experience that spans tech sales and account management at industry-leading companies within the IT reseller space.

Sue Rahilly has been the Vice President of Resources at Techary since June 2021, leading the delivery of projects. Based in London, she brings over 30 years of experience in technology and financial services.

At Techary, she ensures the deployment of skilled resources globally, maintaining a flexible and scalable approach to meet client needs. Her leadership is characterized by a commitment to integrity, trust, and understanding the unique drivers of each client’s business and technology landscape.

Marcus Howell is the Vice President of Sales Operations at Techary, a role he has held since January 2024. Based in London, Marcus has been with Techary for over eight years, initially joining as a Sales Operations Lead. 

Marcus focuses on streamlining vendor relationships and enhancing IT service levels. 

Marcus leads a team dedicated to ensuring Techary’s operational success by managing customer requirements across procurement, logistics, and service delivery.

Louis Sprosen currently serves as the Vice President of Project Services at Techary, a position he has held since January 2024. Based in London, he has been with the company for nearly nine years, demonstrating a strong commitment and leadership in managing complex projects. 

Prior to his current role, Louis was a Senior Project Lead at Techary, where he played a pivotal role in overseeing and executing key projects for the company. 

Michael Lisney, Vice President of Technical Operations at Techary, manages global technical strategies, service delivery, and product development. 

Since 2018, he has leveraged over a decade of IT expertise, specialising in network and security operations, Microsoft 365, cloud services, modern workplaces, and automation. As part of Techary’s AI Genius team, he helps clients adopt AI technologies and drives the company’s technological advancements and client service excellence.

Anna Salles is the Global Human Resources Business Partner at Techary, a position she has held since October 2023. Based in London, she brings extensive HR experience from previous roles, including Head of Human Resources at Shufti Pro and various HR positions at Amazon and Newday. 

Anna specialises in HR strategy, employee engagement, and organisational growth, playing a key role in advancing Techary’s global HR initiatives.

Techary Advisors

Susan has worked with Techary since 2018 and provided independent, external advice becoming part of our People team and supporting internal resources. 

She has a wealth of HR knowledge gained from working with companies such as Mercer, Lloyd’s of London and Salamanca Group. Focussing on the strategic planning of HR as well as the inevitable reactive ER issues.

Susan is CIPD qualified, having completed the PGDip in 2007 with the University of London. She also graduated with a BSc degree in Russian with International Business & Economics from the University of Surrey.

 

Peter is Sydney based and was appointed a Director of Techary Operations (Australia) Pty Ltd when it was incorporated in February 2023.

He is a senior executive with more than 35 years experience in executive banking / corporate services roles and in executive and non-executive board positions. Now representing companies in the UK, Scandinavia, Singapore, Malaysia, New Zealand and India, across diverse sectors. 

Peter was a founding Director of Credit Lyonnais Australia; he co-founded the very successful Australian real estate agency, Belle Property and in more recent years founded Executives’ Global Network in Australia and New Zealand

 
 

George Perry is an accomplished Audit Manager at Barnes Roffe LLP, an independent firm of Chartered Accountants and business advisors. With over eight years of dedicated service at Barnes Roffe, George has consistently demonstrated his commitment to financial excellence and professional integrity.

George began his career with Barnes Roffe through their esteemed graduate scheme with his hard work and dedication leading him to achieve the ACA qualification in 2018 before progressing to become an Audit Manager a few years later. He actively participates in professional development programs to stay updated with evolving industry trends and best practices.
