As a global company, we operate several entities with terms that may be applicable in different locations. Below you will find our terms based on our operating entities that may be referenced in contracts or agreements.

Note: Customer specific terms may be signed in conjunction to service specific terms. These terms will form an SOW for each customer service. Example MSA documents shown here are for generic use and customer specific and executed terms shall govern terms of any Techary engagements.
